Do you feel like you are living in constant survival mode? Yeah. I’ve absolutely been there.

I got my start supporting parents as a sleep consultant but see how deeply intertwined sleep is with truly, deeply thriving as a parent. Enter parent coaching. Coaching allows me to provide holistic support to moms and families and help you escape the endless frustration and isolation of running on a hamster wheel day after day.

My passion as a coach for moms is to help you escape survival mode and feel like you are truly rocking motherhood.

I work primarily with moms of kids from birth through ten and specialize in:

  • helping you organize your chaos
  • addressing and improving behavior
  • sleep and routines
  • finding a disciplinary approach that is effective and feels right for you
  • establishing and commiting to routines
  • managing and maximizing your time
  • finding more energy to do the things that matter most to you
  • connecting more intentionally with your kids
  • experiencing more joy in motherhood

I’m described by clients as being down-to-earth, relatable, funny, and kind, but the truth is that I love and find so much gratification in genuinely connecting with other real moms, helping other parents feel like they are crushing parenthood, and finding workable solutions to the real problems you are facing.

As a mom of three wild boys myself, I bring not just professional coaching, but a completely judgement-free and 100% supportive approach to coaching. We’re all just doing our best, but we could all be doing even better.

You don’t have to mother alone. Let’s Mother Together.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

I was hooked after the first session. Mary helped me by allowing me to openly declare what boundaries and goals I wanted to achieve and week by week. Mary listened, provided innovative and relevant feedback, and encouraged me. My goals were to be a more confident parent, carve out time to be a wife (not just mom-mode all the time), and to set boundaries that would allow me to start my business or just get work done. I can tell you that I achieved that and I am still implementing the strategies she suggested in my day-to-day life.

You have to be willing to be honest with yourself and put in work to achieve your goals. But Mary didn't make it feel like work. She was kind, thoughtful, and considerate of my lifestyle and family needs. She never pushed anything on me that was ridiculous or that wasn't do-able. She brought so many ideas to the table and challenged me to be better! Mary cheered me on and was a trusted source of knowledge and encouragement. I looked forward to talking with her each week to share both my failures and successes. I would not have made the changes I did in my life if it weren't for the coaching through Mary. Give Mary a chance and you'll be giving yourself a chance too. It's worth it!

Mary was my mom coach for ten weeks and I was so happy that I decided to work with her! I am a new mom to a now six-month-old—although we were so overjoyed to have our daughter join our family, it was quite overwhelming to transition from just being a couple to having a child in our lives!

Each week, Mary would talk with me about my goals, which we established together within the first few weeks of meeting. She would check in on how things were going with each mom goal (although not all were directly related to parenting - one of my main goals was finding a new job!) and then she would ask what I wanted to work on that week. It was so helpful to have her as a sounding board and a support person. Since she has three kids of her own, she had a lot of personal experience to share in addition to just being very knowledgeable about child-rearing.

She really helped me to develop my confidence as a mother, recognizing that each baby is different, and even if I make a ‘mistake’ everything is coming from a place of love and trying my best for my child! I highly recommend working with Mary if you are a new parent and would like someone to walk alongside you as you step into this new life-changing role.
