Parent Coaching with Anya Reddy

Parenting isn’t about following a script. It’s about leading with connection, courage, and clarity—regardless of where you are in the world.
As a PCI Certified Parent Coach® and Synergetic Play Therapist, my approach is holistic. I work with parents who want to feel more connected, more confident, and aligned with their own values and family needs. My coaching supports you as an individual, helping you discover your strengths and work collaboratively to find sustainable solutions that fit your unique family dynamics.

Whether you’re in India or abroad, facing the challenges of raising children in different cultural contexts, or simply navigating the ups and downs of daily family life, I’m here to guide you toward lasting, meaningful change. You don’t have to be perfect, and you don’t need to have everything figured out. What you need is a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your inner resources and strengths—and that’s what we create together.

What Sets My Coaching Apart

There’s no “perfect” parent. There’s only you—and the parent you’re becoming.
I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work with you to:

  • Tap into your strengths—both as an individual and a parent.
  • Create practical, real-life solutions that are tailored to your family’s unique needs and values.
  • Address emotional struggles, like guilt, self-doubt, and overwhelmedness, in a non-judgmental way.
  • Trust your instincts and find clarity in your decisions, instead of second-guessing.
  • Strengthen the bond with your child in ways that feel natural and aligned with your family’s values.
  • Experience the transformative effect that self-care can have on your parenting—because when you nurture yourself, you are better able to nurture your family.
  • Parent with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion, even when life feels overwhelming.
  • Collaboratively find solutions that blend your unique strengths with your child’s needs—whether you’re navigating traditional or contemporary parenting styles, or adjusting to the complexities of raising children in a global context.

Together, we’ll create a parenting approach that feels both authentic and sustainable, so that you can feel grounded and empowered in your journey.

How It Works

We use the PCI Coaching Model™, a research-based approach that combines family systems theory, brain-based parenting, and real-world strategies.

Our sessions provide you with:

  • A space where you’re truly heard and seen, not judged or told what to do.
  • Collaborative problem-solving, where we explore solutions that make sense for you, as a parent and as an individual.
  • Actionable steps—clear, simple strategies you can implement right away to ease your parenting challenges.
  • Deep attention to your emotional well-being, because lasting change starts with how you care for yourself.
  • Personalized guidance that honors both your family dynamics and your individual needs—creating a holistic approach to your parenting that aligns with your values, goals, and lifestyle.

When you are deeply cared for and resourced—emotionally and practically—you can tap into your natural wisdom as a parent, leading with confidence and clarity.

This is not about surface-level fixes.
It’s about deep, lasting change that nurtures both you and your family.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

I went into Parent Coaching unsure of what to expect. When Anya asked through her questionnaire, "What do you expect from Parent Coaching?" my answer was simple—I wanted to see if there was anything that could help me help my daughter. A perspective shift, something I hadn’t considered.

And that’s exactly what Anya did. We explored what I naturally do well, both as a person and as a parent, and how I could build on those strengths instead of focusing on what I thought I was lacking. We spoke about my vision for my daughter, cultural expectations, the guilt of not spending enough time with her, and the burden of being the default parent. Through these conversations, I realised how important it is to take care of myself first, so I can show up the way I want to for her.

The turning point was when Anya helped me realise that my intuition is my biggest strength—not something to doubt, but to trust. That changed everything-it was like a switch flipped. Decisions felt easier, clearer, and more natural. I no longer felt the need to explain or negotiate every choice—I could simply own it.

I walked away feeling far more confident, with simple tools like no-pressure journaling and art to take care of both my daughter and myself. These weren’t just "advised" solutions—they emerged from a joint effort to find what truly works for me.

I’m really grateful for her support, and if you’re looking for someone to help you figure things out as a parent, I’d 100% recommend Anya. She doesn’t just offer advice—she works with you to uncover your strengths in a way that is authentic and empowering.

I entered Parent Coaching with Anya because I realised that I was feeling more and more clueless in my parenting—with my child who was moving from being a young one to a pre-teen. I came in hoping to feel more grounded, regulated, and healthily attached to both myself and my child. The journey was deeply resourcing, and over time, I moved closer to my goal in many unexpected and expansive ways.

Anya's approach gave me the space to reflect and untangle patterns and expectations, both in my parenting and within myself. Her warm, thoughtful presence, her non-directive style, and her energy of positive regard during my toughest realisations, helped me explore ways to integrate nurture and structure, and to co-hold those elements with more ease.

Through our work together, I became more aware of how I could balance being grounded and present, while also being more fun and easy-going—without losing my authority. I learned that it’s not only okay to say “I don’t know” to my child, but also that not having all the answers could actually create a deeper connection.

What I’m most grateful for is the renewed sense of trust in myself—especially the realization that my intuition is my greatest strength—and for the deep faith in bond between my child and me. Those shifts have made parenting easier and more natural, and I feel more expansive in my capacity and capability to make choices that honour our bond, my child's needs and my own needs, simultaneously.

If you are a parent looking for support in your parenting journey while also discovering/ living your own truth, I would recommend Anya without batting an eyelid!
