My mission is to affirm, empower, and support parents on their journey through every stage of parenting.

I believe that confident parents create resilient families, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate, strengths-based coaching that honors each parent’s unique values, challenges, and voice.

Through guidance, encouragement, and practical tools, I help parents grow into their full potential—because thriving families start with confident, connected caregivers.

I have a special interest in supporting families of neurodivergent and twice-exceptional children, children with complex medical needs, and those with children identifying as LGBTQ+. My experience as a parent in these areas, as well as my background as a middle school teacher, provides me with a unique perspective.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

Charlotte Dimock is an incredible coach. Without her knowledgeable support and enthusiastic encouragement, I'm not sure how I would have navigated being a new single mom with two middle-school-aged children. When I started the sessions, one of my kids had been recently diagnosed with ADHD. Not only does Charlotte have a deep understanding of the "tween" age-group, but she also has a depth of knowledge and experience with children who are neurodivergent. Her advice was invaluable, as well as the tools and resources she provided each week. The goals we set were manageable and achieving them didn't feel daunting. I always felt at-ease sharing my parenting ups and downs because Charlotte's approach is relatable without judgement. I looked forward to each session because I knew it would be full of laughter and heartfelt encouragement. With Charlotte's help, I was able to tackle the big changes in my family's life with a self-assurance that I didn't have before. I found myself parenting with more intention and confidence. Most importantly, I began to enjoy being a parent again.

It is such a great pleasure to share my experience with my parent coach, Charlotte Dimock with any prospective clients. Each session was a great use of time. Charlotte made me feel very comfortable and at ease, ensuring that my long term and short-term issues were addressed. She helped lead me into understanding what the root cause of my parent issues were and allowed me to find solutions that would work specifically for me. She always provided me with additional resources when appropriate. Her overall style was warm, inviting, professional but also really fun One of my biggest parenting challenges that Charlotte helped me with was being able to find ways to have a better relationship with both of my sons by helping me find ways to communicate with them in their space. Although the coaching really helped me improve my communications with my kids, one of the biggest take aways has been that I know my own needs better and that has helped me improve my relationships with my kids and others. Charlotte helped me learn that it was okay to put my needs first sometimes, which was a hard lesson after over 20 years of putting all of the kids' needs ahead of my own always.

I never had hesitations but did enter into the process a bit skeptical that a Parent Coach could help someone like me—who was done with the baby years, toddler years, school-age years, and at the end of the high school years—but I was so wrong. The coaching sessions with Charlotte helped me gain a better understanding of how to communicate with my two sons, who haven't different communication styles and different parenting approaches. I'm super grateful to Charlotte and the help she provided me in being a better parent to young adults. I would recommend her to everyone who has kids-it was a great experience.
