Do you know what you are? You are a marvel. You are unique.

“Each second we live in a new and unique moment of the universe, a moment that never was before and will never be again. And what do we teach our children in school? We teach them that two and two makes four, and that Paris is the capital of France. When will we also teach them what they are? We should say to each of them: Do you know what you are? You are a marvel. You are unique. In all the world there is no other child exactly like you. In the millions of years that have passed there has never been another child like you. And look at your body—what a wonder it is! Your legs, your arms, your cunning fingers, the way you move! You may be a Shakespeare, a Michelangelo, a Beethoven. You have the capacity for anything. Yes, you are a marvel.” —Pablo Casals

Micaela Caiozzo is a PCI Certified Parent Coach®, primary school teacher, certified dyslexia practitioner, and someone who truly gets the ups and downs of parenting. Her passion for working with children began right out of college when she started her career as a first grade teacher. Throughout her many years in the classroom, Micaela built lasting relationships with the parents of her students and faculty of her school communities. She nurtured, listened, and supported families in all areas including social/emotional development, behavior vulnerabilities, sleep guidance, academic scaffolding, and areas of learning disabilities, executive functioning, and ADHD. She saw each student as a marvel and treasured the uniqueness of each child. Her passion for coaching began when she realized how many families—like hers—needed support not because they were doing everything wrong, but because they were already doing so much right.

From sleepless nights in infancy, toddler meltdowns, and preschool silliness to elementary school learning struggles, neurodiversity challenges, middle school friendship drama, high school boundaries, and the shift that comes with older siblings heading off to college—parenting is full of transitions. Add in college applications, post high school sports recruitment, technology battles with teens, and the changing dynamics of family life, and it can feel quite overwhelming.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

Working with Micaela has been a life-changing experience. Before I started Parent Coaching sessions with her, I was constantly juggling responsibilities and struggling to find meaningful time with my family. I knew I wanted to be more present and intentional, but I wasn’t sure how to make that happen with everything else going on. From our very first session, she helped me identify the roadblocks that were preventing my family and me from truly thriving. Together, we created small, attainable goals that we revisited each week, and through this process I experienced so many ‘a-ha’ moments—often guided by Micaela’s thoughtful questions and insight, rather than direct answers. Her ability to gently lead me toward clarity was incredibly powerful. Micaela helped me step back and really look at how I was spending my time—and more importantly, how I wanted to spend it. She guided me in setting clear priorities, creating healthy boundaries, and designing simple routines that allowed me to be more available, both physically and emotionally, for my kids.

Micaela brought a wealth of knowledge to our sessions, offering practical tools and advice to help improve not only my self-care but also my financial literacy and personal growth. Her coaching style is patient, empathetic, and always non-judgmental. I always felt safe, supported, and truly heard.

Thanks to her guidance, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of who I am, not just as a parent, but as a wife and as a woman. I feel more confident, grounded, and connected to my family than ever before. Micaela helped me realize my full potential, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

Working with Micaela has truly transformed our family life. When we started coaching, our household felt chaotic between juggling new family dynamics, different parenting styles, and constant behavioral challenges, we often felt overwhelmed. Through her guidance, we learned practical strategies to organize our home, set clear expectations, and parent with more consistency and confidence.

What I appreciated most was how personalized the coaching was. Micaela took the time to understand our family’s unique needs and helped us create routines and systems that actually work for us. We’ve seen such a positive shift: our home feels calmer, communication is stronger, and we’re finally on the same page as parents.

This experience has been such a gift to our family. I’d highly recommend Micaela to any parent looking for support, structure, and a fresh perspective on creating a peaceful, connected home.
