About Me

My name is Samaya Darghouth El Moghrabi. I am a PCI Certified Parent Coach® with a professional background as an educator. For the past seven years, I have worked with children and parents in Lebanon, Qatar, and now Canada. My experience as a teacher has provided me with a deep understanding of the joys and challenges of parenting.

My path to parent coaching started from a desire to support parents outside of the classroom. Through my training with the Parent Coaching Institute (PCI), I have learned to help parents identify their strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in their family lives.

My Coaching Philosophy

I’m convinced that each parent already possesses the know-how and the tools needed to spark change within their household. My purpose isn’t to lecture or hand out prescriptions: it’s to walk alongside you.

Together we’ll uncover the strengths that're already at work, reframe difficulties as chances to grow, and map out actions that honor the values your family holds dear.

At the core of my work lies the conviction that curiosity outweighs certainty. Parenting is evershifting landscape and no single answer works for everyone. For that reason, I pose careful openended questions that invite you to reflect spot your strengths and entertain perspectives. The payoff is a return of peace, balance, and genuine joy to your parenting journey.

What to Expect

Parent coaching is a structured and personalized process. Together, we move through stages that support clarity, vision, and lasting change:

  • A Safe and Supportive Space
  • A Clear and Gentle Framework
  • Focus on Both Parenting and Self-Care
  • Practical Tools and Lasting Results

Each coaching journey is unique, guided by your goals and values. You set the agenda. I provide structure, encouragement, and reflection.

Why Work with Me

Parents tend to describe me as empathetic, encouraging and supportive. Years spent in education have sharpened my ability to spot the potential in every child and parent. My background in teaching and special education allows me to understand children’s needs. The PCI training I’ve completed readies me to guide strengths-focused conversations that spark lasting growth.

Above all, I view you as the expert on your family. Coaching is meant to help you unearth insights, lift your confidence, and mold the family dynamic you envision.

If you are ready to start a calmer, healthier, and more connected parenting journey, I would be happy to help you. Together, we will shift from clarity to action, stress to peace, and uncertainty to confidence.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

Working with Samaya was a truly special experience. When I started my sessions, my son was 11 months old, and I often felt uncertain about how to handle different situations. Through her guidance, I gained so much confidence as a parent and learned practical, gentle strategies to connect with and support my child. Samaya’s professional yet compassionate approach helped me navigate challenges with calm and clarity. I’m really grateful for how much I’ve grown through this experience.

I didn’t know much about parent coaching before starting the sessions with Samaya, but it turned out to be a really positive experience. It was nice to have an outlet and someone to bounce ideas off, especially as a first-time parent. Having someone listen, guide, and provide structure and small commitments each week was helpful and grounding. It was genuinely nice to have that space for reflection and support during this stage of parenthood and Samaya did a great job in providing this space while being empathetic and professional.
