Hi, I am Pamela and the founder of psparentcoach.com. A practice dedicated to supporting parents who want the very best for their family but question if they are doing enough.

Through a strengths-based coaching approach, I start from the place where there are already great things a parent is doing. I foster confidence in parents’ abilities to empower and support their children. The result is an environment where parents learn to trust themselves and their children.

Through our work together you will feel energized to learn the tools, strategies and structures that will support you to:

  • Connect to what you love most about your child/ren and family.
  • Focus on what is right with your child/ren instead of what is wrong.
  • Approach parenting in a holistic way that focuses on your relationships within a living system.

As a mother, grandmother, PCI Certified Parent Coach®, and parent educator for over 20 years, I dream of a humanity where children are empowered to love and trust themselves, and develop resiliency in their ever-changing world. I’m committed to making that possible by working with parents to co-create a relationship with their children that is loving, open, supportive, and joyful for all.

When I am not helping parents transform themselves and their families, I can be found in the woods, by a creek with my dogs, or escaping to imaginary places with my grandchildren.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

I have been able to connect more deeply with my children and I have learned many strategies to help them feel more empowered, heard, and supported resulting in often a calmer and more cooperative household. Even in the most challenging moments, I now have a better perspective on how I can best be there for them, or what to do when I may need a moment. I would definitely recommend Pam as a parent coach and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Through my sessions with Pamela, I was able to clarify my strengths to bring about the changes that I wanted to see. I also realized that my frustrations with my son's behavior were impacting our relationship. I was able to start to see the purpose behind my son's behaviors. I was also able to see his strengths more clearly. I'm so grateful for my coaching sessions with Pamela. I've continued to feel closer and more connected to my son - not an easy thing to say about an 11.5 year old boy! :) I enjoy the phase he's currently in and have more faith and confidence in my ability to stay connected with him as he enters his teen years.
