Find a Coach Options

The focus of my work as parent coach is to find a way of living that meets:

  1. Your individual family goals,
  2. Your personal self-care needs, as well as
  3. Yhe developmental psycho-emotional needs of your child/ren.

I have an appreciative and responsive attitude towards my clients and their loved ones. I am interested to get to know you with all your strengths and individual potential. Together we are going to work on the vision and the fulfillment of your unique and personally satisfying family live. Every family is very special on their own wonderful way and that is what I love about working with parents, adolescents and children for over ten years.

As all families are unique, so are the reasons to take advantage of professional coaching. At the same time there are some topics and interpersonal dynamics a lot of families have to cope with. I would be delighted to work together with you to improve your quality of family life on topics such as:

  • How to handle educational difficulties like discipline, respectful communication, or sibling relationships? How can I meet these difficulties with more ease and more confidence?
  • How to handle conflicts about your children/adolescents’ social media use, screen time, computer-gaming behavior? How to implement shared rules and attitudes towards digital media?
  • How to find a balance between your own self-care and the care for your beloved ones?
  • How to find a balance between being engaged with too many things that drain you and too few that energize you?
  • How to handle and solve disagreements between you and your spouse regarding your educational styles?
  • How to create your family life in accordance with your individual moral concepts and beliefs?
  • How stay in an appreciative contact with each other and with your child/ren after a divorce?

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

When our son was about eight months old he was sleeping extremely badly being very strongly bound to me as his mother, my husband Matthias was working a lot and I was sitting at home, feeling a bit lost in my new role as a mother, since I am normally used to work everything through, to integrate every change in life perfectly in our life. We were struggling to find our roles as parents while still feeling as a loving couple. We didn’t really know how to organize our lives so that every one of us was getting a bit free time, couple time, and as well handle household and family things. And also we had in mind that I was going to go back to work as a doctor in hospital, so that Matthias would have to take over the role as ‘main parent.’

Through my sister we got in contact with Anna and with that the possibility to learn a lot about us, what our son would need, and how to organize our daily life to feel more comfortable in our role as parents, as a couple, and as ourselves. To begin with, Anna asked us to imagine our dream day and with every meeting with her we were trying to come closer to that dream. She was working us through communication problems, helping us to find ideas how we could achieve goals, and establishing action plans for really difficult situations. Anna always stayed positive and supportive, and gave us the space and time to work out the ideas ourselves. We ended up with a weekly rota and more self-confidence in ourselves as well our son. We learnt that we are good! Since then we don’t always stick to the plan, we sometime struggle and fall back in old patterns, but we know now to be more tender with ourselves and work us out of challenging situations.

We look forward to our adventure as a family!

Anna is not only a highly competent psychologist but also a very empathetic and authentic personality. This made it easy to open up to her. Her ability to create an open and warm atmosphere helped my husband and me to appreciate each other‘s differences and concepts. This also made it possible to address real parenting challenges.

Anna is concentrated and focused. We were very impressed how she managed to guide us through emotional moments and also understood how to keep our conversation flowing. Her coaching structure helped us to stay on track and work out a productive master plan to enjoy our family even more. The fact that she is a mother of two helped enormously, because she could easily relate to many situations and our family constellation.

We highly recommend working with her.
