Find a Coach Options

Parenting is hard. There is no doubt about it. You recognize that because you are already considering the value of a parent coach. You’re halfway there.

Are some of your days clouded with self-doubt that you “aren’t doing it right?” with your children, adolescents, or teens?

Is comparison part of your inner dialogue after you have gathered with other parents in the same scenario? Would you be comfortable making public the private conversations you have with yourself?

Are you feeling the “tidal wave” of too much technology and wish you could manage it better in your household?

Does it seem like you’re on a roller coaster with your children, adolescents and teens and just wish you connected more?

Do you feel like you’re running on empty and coping the best you can, but you’re so tired of this exhausting treadmill you are on? Do you long for a better parenting experience?

When I was raising my own children 1992–2016, I wish I had known a parent coach because all those above scenarios were my thoughts. I needed to hear from an expert that I could do this, that my intuition could be trusted, that my children needed my strengths to thrive… What a difference that “shot in the arm” would have made in my child raising days.

Imagine with me what it will feel like to be refreshed as a parent who recognizes and appreciates your own strengths and leverages those to move ahead with confidence! Won’t it be empowering to proactively face the challenges you have and experience a fulfilling level of healthy functioning in your family?

“The Power of Yet” …it is possible!

Imagine with me what it will feel like to take charge of your own well-being so that you can energize yourself to be a better parent. No one is more influential in your life than you are, and you know your children better than anyone. Just the fact that you are reading this bio shows that you have the kind of mindset which is focused on becoming a better parent.

There’s no better time than now to let a parent coach help you. You’ll be glad you did.

As your parent coach, I want you to see me as a safe advocate who only wants the best for you and your family. We will always begin our sessions by reflecting on what is currently working well in your family. Then, an analysis of your own strengths and parenting styles will help clarify some of your own available resources. With those in mind, we’ll consider how to get more of what you want. Together, we’ll co-construct small concrete action steps to move toward your envisioned picture you have for you and your family. Before you know it, there will be less stress and more joy in your days.

What Parents Say After Coaching With Me

Christi reminded me of the value of growing what we focus on. Focusing on positives helped me see more of that in my children and other issues, and nitpick corrections become less predominant in daily living. It fostered a kinder, requesting tone in many of our interactions with and from our children.

I loved being able to connect to Christi and hear her positivity and encouragement. She was very grounded, and I really needed another person on my team to help adjust to what was happening to our family post-Covid. I felt like the time together immediately and positively impacted my family. We are still benefiting from it a year later.
