Parenting is a role that constantly has you stepping into new territory. Parent coaching with me means together we will discover new ways to address situations, affirm what is already working, share ideas and resources, and identify goals and next steps in your parenting journey. I am the parent of an 8 year old and 17 year old (stepson). For over 20 years I have worked in higher education providing academic, career, and life coaching to students and alumni. Additionally, I have experience in educational leadership in both private and public school settings. In my parent coaching practice I primarily focus on working with:

• parents of blended families who seek help with complex and changing relationships;
• parents of pre-college and college-age children who seek help with their changing parental role;
• parents juggling both work and family who seek to minimize stress while maximizing joy.
