Raising our children is quite likely the most challenging work we will ever do. It can also be the most satisfying and transformative of experiences. A lot depends on us! As a PCI Certified Parent Coach® I help parents sort through parenting questions and quandaries and take steps towards change.

My coaching practice is informed and enlivened by my experiences as a parent and parent educator. I have a Masters of Education degree in Adult and Community Education, and I have been designing and facilitating parent education programs over the past 12 years. This has connected me with parents at all stages of a child's development, and I have a keen understanding of child development theories and realities. I am also a "practicing" parent of 3 lively children who do their best to keep me growing!

I believe that becoming, and remaining, a parent calls for continuing growth and maturity as an adult—a process I am delighted to support parents to actively pursue.
